Individual Privacy
Respect for consumers' privacy is the core value of permission-based marketing. TripPak Services will only send / gather information to / from individuals that have acknowledged a willingness to participate in a marketing campaign or receive relevant information.

By building an "Opt-In" distribution list, TripPak Services ensures that individuals receive only information that is pertinent to them. Individuals may "Opt-Out" at any time by replying to us with the word "remove" in the subject line. Further, individuals will be provided the opportunity to Opt-In/Out during each marketing campaign distributed by TripPak Services or its affiliates.

TripPak Services reserves that right to utilize "Opt-In" data gathered from individuals for clients that meet criteria as established by the individual. TripPak Services is the sole owner of data collected and this data may not be distributed, in whole or in part, by any unauthorized individual or company. Through the use of "opt-in" offers, TripPak Services intends to create a knowledge base of industry participants in order to serve the transportation industry's needs more effectively.
