This scanning service allows your drivers to present their trip documents to be imaged at any of our full-service truck stop scanning locations. This network is currently at over 525 locations with another additional locations being installed frequently. TripPak TRUCK STOP SCANNING is at every TA and Petro location, as well as several other independent chains such as Sapp Brothers, Rip Griffin and more.
Why will your drivers want to use this service? It's easy to use. Drivers simply present their trip documents to truck stop personnel and announce their fleet name. The truck stop operator selects the appropriate fleet name from a drop-down window, verifies the number of documents to be imaged, and inserts them into the scanner. Upon completion of scanning, the operator again verifies the number of documents imaged and presents the driver with a receipt. This receipt contains a unique transaction number that allows the imaged documents to be viewed on the TripPak website. The scanned documents are then sent to our server for delivery from our secured image center via email to your fleet. The entire scanning process takes as little as a couple of minutes and the images arrive on your PC in less than a half hour!
